Welcome! My name is Niki and I'm so thrilled that you’re here! You can usually find me with a good mystery/ time traveling novel on one hand, and creating a packing matrix for my next trip on the other. I believe in the importance of serving my community, as well as giving a voice to those who don’t have one, especially children with special needs.

Our kids, KLM, plus P, are a bunch of ballers and gamers who also enjoy cooking a meal or baking cookies for family and friends. I try to glean inspiration from my world travels or latest eating adventure, into my kitchen.

I enjoy the challenge of trying to recreate something I tasted on one of my trips and making things from scratch. I love trying new recipes and putting my own spin on it.
